Is Español con Juan enough to speak Spanish?
Juan is great for listening in Spanish and hearing how people in Spain really talk. Listening builds understanding, but speaking needs practice with someone who answers back. Self-paced courses can’t ask you a new question and wait.
Spain or Mexico?
Juan teaches the Spanish of Spain. We coach real-life Mexican Spanish. Both are correct. Pick the one that matches where you travel, who you talk to, or where you live. If you mostly speak with Mexicans or other Latin Americans, coaching in Mexican Spanish will feel closer to the conversations you actually have.
Coaching vs self-study
Español con Juan is mostly self-study, so you set the plan and the pace. Coaching adds what self-study can’t: a person who listens to you, corrects you and plans what comes next.

You talk with Hannah, Arturo or Jacky in Spanish about your own life: your week, a trip, your work, your family. Your coach keeps you talking, helps when you get stuck and corrects the mistakes that matter, without turning it into a grammar class. You get the recording and your notes afterward. Sessions use the same package hours as 60-minute coaching, so many students take a coaching hour one week and a conversation session the next.
