Packages
Packages come in 12, 24 and 48 hours. The bigger the package, the lower the rate per hour. Use the hours as one-hour coaching sessions, 30-minute sessions or any mix.
12-hour packages are valid for 6 months, 24-hour packages for 1 year and 48-hour packages for 2 years.
- All packages of 12 hours or more include progress check-ins every few months, milestone rewards at 50, 100 and 200 hours, a birthday class credit, priority replies within 24 hours, same-day help while you travel in a Spanish-speaking country, and free workbooks.
- The 48-hour package adds a 30-minute strategy session every 3 months and 10% off immersion trips, group workshops and add-ons.

Can I use a package with any coach and any session type?
Yes. Package hours work with Hannah, Arturo or Jacky, for 60-minute coaching sessions, 30-minute conversation sessions or any mix that adds up.
How long are packages valid?
12-hour packages are valid for 6 months, 24-hour packages for 1 year and 48-hour packages for 2 years.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. You also get a one-time free pass for emergencies.
How can I pay?
PayPal, debit or credit card, at checkout in the booking system.
