Can an AI app teach you to speak Spanish?
AI apps are a real step up from tap-the-answer apps. You speak out loud, and the AI answers. That gives you useful reps. An AI does not know your life, your goals or the mistakes you keep making from one month to the next, though, and it can’t tell you when you are ready for more. A coach does. Talking to a person also feels different, and that is the feeling most learners need to get used to.
How to use an AI app and coaching together
Use an AI app on the days between sessions to practice the topics from your last session. Use your sessions to speak with a person, get corrected and plan your next step. Your notes and recording tell you what to practice with the AI.
